Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) awards the contract for the development of Umm Suqeim Street, Al Wasl Road and Al Safa Street.

The project includes the construction of bridges and tunnels extending approximately 11,000 metres in total.

Upon completion, it increases the capacity of Umm Suqeim Street to 16,000 vehicles per hour in both directions, and raises the capacity of Al Wasl and Al Safa Streets to 12,000 vehicles per hour in both directions for each street.
